If dialed in this manner both work correctly and will allow you to reach your destination if you are calling from within Sweden.

If you on the other hand are calling from another country to Sweden then you will need to dial your
Exit country code + 46 + City code + The number.

The city code for Stockholm is 08, however the 0 drops when using the +46 country code.

A Swedish SIM card will operate using an international cell phone. There is no charge for incoming calls while in Sweden regardless of where the calls originate from. With a prepaid SIM card there is no need for a contract with the phone operator and you are bound to local rates.

Numbers starting with 020 and 0200 are toll free.
